What a great piece of legislation this was as why should we, the non-smokers, inhale other people's tobacco waste and suffer the same dire health problems of a smoker? But, like most groundbreaking legislation, it doesn't go far enough - why should we, the pedestrian, inhale other people's car exhaust fumes and suffer chronic breathing problems that society's obsession with the motor car has enforced upon us?
